still alive

Forgive the semi-hiatus from blogging. I've been swamped with work the past month, especially now that my senior is on maternity leave. I literally became a border at my own house. :D

I admit that there were certain issues at work that made me reevaluate possible career options outside. The idealist that I am, I've always imagined to be part of an organization with an "open-door" policy - that you are allowed to speak your mind. But, as always, there's always "conflicting parties" that hinder your growth in the company. I don't want to become one of them.
