Making it work
Today (April 5), Carlo and I celebrate four and a half years together. And up until this day, we're still in awe at how far we've come as a couple.
I apologize if I make this a big deal but to those who are not familiar with our story, we are in a long-distance relationship. Our journey hasn't been easy, that much I admit. There have been numerous times where the distance can be a bitch, but we're both committed to make this work - to keep the fire burning. We've learned to tolerate each other's shortcomings and we've come to appreciate even the little things we do for each other. Each day, there's a new reason for me to love him more. And I don't think that's gonna fade away anytime soon
He'll be in Manila until the end of the month. It may be short a time for us but then we have the rest of our lives together. One day at a time.
Good things do come to those who are resilient, and they happen to those who wait. I love you.
